This is a great way to help your child organise their worries into things they can and cannot control.
Use the first page as a 'Brain Dump' to write down anything that might be worrying your child.
Once their thoughts have been split into the two sections, cut off the 'things I cannot control' section and throw it away.
Regularly doing this will help reduce any anxiety your child might be facing. Worrying about things that our beyond our control is emotionally draining and should be dumped!
